Meet the new Sales & Marketing team members!

The year 2021 has brought along the winds of change to many individuals and companies – including us. We started the year by bringing in four new employees and creating a whole new team of Sales & Marketing for AJR Solutions. Now we would like to introduce our newest employees to you!

Ilkka Kuusi (upper left) a.k.a. Ile is a Bachelor of Economics going on for a Master’s degree and he is thriving on challenges to constantly develop his competences. He got interested in the IT field during his studies and that is why he felt like AJR Solutions would be just the perfect place for him. The roles of Customer Service Agent and Sales Negotiator have given him great sales experience and strong negotiating skills. In addition, his strengths are quick adaptation to different situations and an analytical way of thinking.

Ilkka Kuusimäki (upper right) a.k.a. Ike has a strong background in live events and touring. Before moving to AJR Solutions he was a CEO and co-owner of a company mainly focused on lighting and scenic design. Covid-19 pandemic was the trigger for him to start challenging himself into a new field of expertise and this path led him to us. Ike is greatly interested in sales and marketing and is now actively improving those skills here with us. His strengths are calm and creative problem-solving skills and the understanding of details as well as the bigger picture.

Katri Kulmala (lower left) is a Bachelor of Business Administration who has gained work experience in the fields of both IT and Sales & Marketing, which is a promising combination for working in AJR Solutions. Recently she has been working in B2B Sales as an Account Manager as well as IT and Marketing Manager in her family business, after working several years in SAP projects in Nokia IT. She is also active in influencing on societal level: she is a Member of the Board in Young Entrepreneurs’ Network in Finland and in JCI Salo – it is safe to say that great networking skills are one her biggest assets in the modern work-life. To balance this all, she has two children making sure that her time is not spent only on work or volunteering.

Jenna Jalkanen (lower right) is a Business student who has familiarized herself with marketing during her studies. She also wanted to advance her skills in practice and thus ended up in our Sales & Marketing team. In addition, Jenna has become interested in the field of IT through her minor in computer science, which made marketing tasks in AJR Solutions a perfect solution for her. Jenna possesses a strong analytical perspective along with versatile understanding of marketing, which she will be able to benefit from in her new tasks.

We are excited for having such a variety of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm that these new employees bring into our company and especially in the field of Sales & Marketing. We warmly welcome them and wish them all the best in their careers here at AJR Solutions!
